Lothus Visas
An immigration case management system for visa firms.
Immigration firms live and die by deadlines. Visas expiring, residence permits up for renewal, cases stuck waiting on a document. All of it usually lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands. For Lothus Visas we built a custom system that replaces that spreadsheet with a panel: every case with a status, an owner and a history. Software developed in-house instead of a generic SaaS that would never speak the language of Brazilian immigration.
What we built
A status workflow for every visa case, automatic expiry alerts for visas and residence permits (RNM), checklists per procedure type and an audit trail of who changed what. Reports export to PDF and Excel, in the exact format the firm needs to file.
The client portal
The part that changes the routine: each corporate client gets its own read-only portal to follow the status of its cases. Fewer "how is my visa going" emails, more team time on actual casework. Built with Next.js, Prisma and Postgres, with a multilingual interface.
