Sampaio Contabilidade has handled accounting, tax, payroll and company formation for over 10 years, serving clients across Brazil fully online. The website does the job of a first meeting: it explains each service, shows the 5.0 Google rating built over 35 reviews, and moves whoever arrived from search straight into a WhatsApp conversation.
The challenge
People looking for a new accountant search on Google, compare a few firms and decide on trust. The firm had the reputation (a 5.0 rating over 35 reviews), but it only lived on its Maps profile. What was missing was a place that explained the services, answered the recurring questions (switching accountants, tax regimes, the ongoing tax reform) and opened the conversation with an accountant without friction.
What we built
A Next.js site with local SEO built into the structure: a section per service (accounting, tax, payroll, corporate matters, financial BPO and CNPJ regularization), an introduction to the accountant, real Google reviews, an FAQ covering the most frequent questions and a blog to sustain organic traffic. The talk-to-an-accountant button follows the visitor down the whole page.
