Wavro
A team operations app for cafés, on iOS and Android.
Small cafés run on people: who opens, who closes, who covers the Saturday shift. That operation usually lives in a WhatsApp group and a loose spreadsheet. Wavro is our product for it: a staff management app built for cafés, live at wavroapp.com. Instead of bending a generic HR SaaS, we built the product in-house, shaped around how counter work actually runs.
What we built
The owner assembles the team by invite, sets roles and runs the operation from one panel. The app works on the web and as a native app on iOS and Android via Capacitor, with biometric login and push notifications. Every release ships with a changelog, and Sentry monitoring tells us about errors before users do.
How it was made
One codebase, three platforms. Next.js with Drizzle and Postgres on the server, Capacitor packaging the same app for iOS and Android, deployed on Vercel. That keeps the cost of change low: a new feature lands once and reaches everywhere.
