Studio Lume is an appointment-only nail studio in Campeche, Florianópolis: gel polish, gel overlay, protective coating, pedicure and fiberglass extensions. The website does the job of a good receptionist: it explains each service, shows the reputation the studio already earned on Google, and moves whoever arrived from search straight into a WhatsApp conversation.
The challenge
People looking for gel nails nearby search on Google and decide within minutes, almost always on a phone. The studio had the reputation (a 5.0 Google rating) and an organised schedule, but nowhere for that reputation to live outside its Maps profile. What was missing was a place that explained the services, answered the recurring questions and opened the WhatsApp conversation without friction.
What we built
A Next.js site with local SEO built into the structure: a page per service (gel polish, gel overlay, protective coating, pedicure and fiberglass extensions), an about section, real Google reviews and an FAQ built from the questions that arrived on WhatsApp every week. The booking button follows the visitor down the whole page, and the site speaks Portuguese and English, because Campeche is full of people from elsewhere.
